Who We Are
Tech Aid for Rural Development (TARD) is a registered Non-profit organization dedicated to catalyzing development in rural and underserved communities through the power of digital literacy, software and hardware skills, STEM education, and comprehensive ICT knowledge. Our unwavering mission is to uplift these communities by equipping young individuals with the essential ICT skills required for research, entrepreneurial growth, competitive prowess, and the generation of sustainable wealth.

Advocacy
TARD Ghana’s advocacy efforts are dedicated to promoting quality education, digital inclusion, and equitable access to technology in rural and underserved communities.

Mobile ICT Lab
A mobile lab advocating for quality education and providing access to computers, and internet connectivity in rural schools.

TARD Digital Village
An innovative initiative by TARD Ghana aimed at tackling the issue of e-waste while simultaneously bridging the digital divide in targeted rural areas.

Rural Entrepreneurship
A comprehensive initiative designed to address youth unemployment and to connect the unconnected, particularly in underserved rural communities in the Upper West Region of Ghana
